T-Suite program
Seeking extraordinary tax thinkers
They will be one of a select group of future tax leaders invited to be a part of the T-Suite program.
The program is built around two key in-person residential models – Future Thinker in London, UK (13th – 15th May 2025) and Valued Influencer in Washington, DC, USA (23rd – 25th September 2025), interspersed with pop up coaching sessions throughout the year.
The program is developed to give your delegate maximum return on the time invested – starting with a consultation on their development needs and opportunities between you, them and a KPMG tax leader.
The only costs to your organization will be for their travel and accommodation.
Future thinker
We want your delegates to have the space to be able to look up and out and to be able to create value in a world of uncertainty and disruption.
This module will focus on how to ready yourself individually and as an organisation for the future, considering the future of work, ESG and data management.
How do you bring stakeholders along with you with so much uncertainty and how do you distil complex messages to ensure you are capturing the minds of the C-Suite.

Valued influencer
Your teams will need to be able to influence policy, as well as internal stakeholders.
This module focuses on the consideration of alternative views, understanding how to prioritise attention and how to articulate your thoughts with differing perspectives. With the global pace of change your delegates need to be able to determine how to horizon scan and when to influence change.
